M Street Bar & Grill provides the cuisine for private dining rooms for up to 120 people for a sit down dinner or as many as 230 for a reception. These rooms feature large windows. Smaller rooms for more intimate banquets from 10 to 75 are also available. Our Chef will customize a menu, or you may select from a broad array of offerings in our banquet menu.

M Street Bar & Grill’s casual elegance is an ideal setting for private events by offering venue choices such as reserving an entire level within our restaurant for groups of up to 30 guests or private dining in our 21|M Lounge or a more formal setting in a private banquet room.  With any space you choose our cuisine capabilities offer complete seasonal options that will make any event memorable and unique.  Your entertaining choices range from a simple 2-Hour “Happy Hour All Inclusive Packages” for office gatherings to elaborate multi-course dining or “Open House” all night Holiday receptions.

Private rooms include the glass enclosed folly of 21| M Lounge with a capacity to accommodate up to 60 guests or one of our beautifully appointed Banquet rooms for up to 100 guests for a seated event, or 175 guest receptions. Chef Edgar Melendez culinary range affords ample menu options with a “boutique wine list”,  to worldly buffets with action stations that are suitable to your budget and taste.

Three private dining rooms are available, The Overlook with windows and patio, the Beacon Room with windows, The Executive Dining Room, and six other private banquet rooms to accommodate 10-150 people. The Sky-Bar located in our rooftop penthouse overlooking Dupont Circle is a favorite venue for private receptions for up to 100 People.  Chef will customize a menu, or you may select from a broad array of offerings in our banquet menu.
